We bring nourishing food to the people of our region who have the need, and courage, to seek help. Working hand in hand with retailers, manufacturers, farmers, buying alliances and individual donors, our mission is to end hunger for every person in our region, today. And tomorrow, do it again.

This food drive gives community members the opportunity to make a difference without ever leaving their home. On Saturday, May 9 residents are encouraged
to leave a bag of non-perishable food next to their mailbox prior to their regular mail delivery - no glass containers please. Food such as canned
vegetables, tuna, peanut butter, dry beans, or oats are always needed at the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. City letter carriers will collect food donations
from area residences as they deliver the mail and will take the donations to the Food Bank.
