Director of Donor Services & Stewardship
Chattanooga, TN | Full-Time | In-Person
Salary Range: $68,000–$70,000
At the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, we believe food is a basic human right. Every day, we work across a 20-county region to feed, nourish, and empower our neighbors through a network of partners, volunteers, donors, and advocates.
As food insecurity continues to rise across our region, the Chattanooga Area Food Bank is growing in response to the need. We are expanding our Development team and investing in stronger donor systems, stewardship strategies, and organizational capacity to support long-term impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization during a pivotal season of growth and community investment.
The Director of Donor Services & Stewardship oversees donor services, donor stewardship, CRM strategy, and relationship management systems that support the Food Bank’s fundraising and engagement efforts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring donors feel known, valued, and connected to impact while helping the organization build strong internal systems that support continued growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both people and process — a leader who can build strong systems while never losing sight of the human relationships behind the work.
